No sound insulation

Everything is good, However, the room is not soundproof, which affects sleep. You can hear noises from the street and neighbors at night.

Expensive, Polished

Just moved in, a little difficult to set up payements (that may just be us). Overall the place looks great. Only problems are: waiting for apparent to be move in ready (which was reimbursed for lost time through rent reduction) and just missing a few finishing touches once moved in. Only a few days in but the staff seem great & I expect all will be near perfect soon
